ABOUT WORKSHOPS & CLASSES

INVENTOR WORKSHOPS

In each workshop kids receive a creative prompt and practice the design process. They think of an idea, plan it, build it, make mistakes, troubleshoot, and learn a lot along the way! These workshops teach creative resiliency. Kids learn that trying, failing, asking for help, and trying again are all part of the process.

ELECTRONICS 101

Hand-on classes that get kids working with LEDs, motors, buzzers, blinkers, switches, resistors & more! These classes provide a foundational electronics education. Teachers take students through the Circuit Scribe Inventor's Notebook and discuss the science behind how everything works.

OFFICE HOURS

These sessions are part co-working, part collaboration, and are always a lot of fun! Kids can show up with their own projects, share them with the group, and get real-time help when they get stuck. If your kiddo doesn't have a project in mind, that's ok! We'll help them develop an idea that excites them.
